This bin is brilliant for rubbish and recylcing, just the right size, no more having to take recycling down the shed every 5 minutes.

Not very good broke after couple months so have to lift lid ,spring went ! Joseph Joseph put lifetime guarantee then don't answer emails !! To return ! Other than lid not working, nice sturdy bin

Amazing bin. Now I don’t need two separate ones. Great that they are stacked on top of one another. Drawer function on bottom bin is great. We also use the orange food waste bin. No more smelly peelings and waste foood.

Very good product except for the flimsy small tight fit bags that go inside the containers. The actual unit is excellent.

Fantastic design, well thought out and very functional.

This is the second totem we have purchased. There have been several real improvements made the most important to us is that it has no longer got a polished steel top which attracted constant finger marks. The revised shape of the food waste container also maximises the usage area of the large bin. It might seem expensive but we regard it as the most desirable in relation to competitors.

Brilliant bin. Just love that the fern real bin is much higher to reach with the recycling neatly underneath. Easy go take out and maintain also. I was worried about buying this due to the higher price but it’s been worth every penny. It looks good and very functional. Only tiny thing for me would be for the bins to be slightly bigger but that doesn’t stop me giving them a 5/5.

I previously had your bin with 3 compartments. The food waste section is not as good as the previous one as there is nothing to hold the bag in place. It needs a plastic rim insert to prevent the waste bag slipping.

I really liked this bin for long time and I finally aI got. I like the shape, functionality and all of it....but the lid in plastic looks cheap and weak for something so expensive and when you open the lid, it vibrates, no so smooth as I have seen in the simply human ones. I wish the lid was metal too and sturdy. I feel that it is not going to last for 10 years as garanted. and Ij Joseph joseph makes a new lid, will be thrilled to have my lid changed. all the rest is perfect!

Better proportions than last model including food waste caddy re -design to give more space to deposit rubbish. Opening mechanism has been changed which is good. Not too sure of lid as it’s plastic now and was stainless steel before which I prefer. Time will tell but luckily has a good guarantee.

This bin is huge! So much space, and perfectly proportioned for general rubbish/recycling/food waste. Great design - the recycling section is tall enough to stand bottles in, and the food section has its own lid. Only downside is that you have to press quite hard to open the lid so I constantly think it’s stopped working.
